General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

  1. Scope of Application

    These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by g2 Praxis at Asylstrasse 119, 8032 Zürich. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, the patient fully accepts these GTC.

  2. Appointments and Cancellations
    Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations or no-shows, a fee of CHF 80.– may apply

  3. Services and Liability

    Patients must inform the physiotherapist about any relevant medical conditions. The practice assumes no liability for damages due to incorrect or missing information.

  4. Fees and Payments

    Services are billed according to current tariff agreements. Services not covered by insurance must be paid directly by the patient. In the event of late payment, interest and reminder fees may be charged.

  5. Data Protection

    All personal and medical data is handled in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). Patients may request access to their data at any time.

  6. Place of Jurisdiction

    The place of jurisdiction is Zürich.
